Frieder Sandel

Since the beginning of the 90ies, Frieder Sandel was working as a pioneer in commercial television, being a copy editor, author, cinematographer, and editor. He was a freelancer at various film production agencies and a rotating editor for the German television channel RTL until he entered Siemens as a specialist for film in 2011.

In the years since, he oversaw the production of tv commercials and brand videos. He was responsible for the multi-channel communications program “/answers”, an authentic storytelling format where filmmakers, journalists, and authors take a personal look at the lives of people benefitting from pioneering technology. The campaign showcased Siemens as a leading solutions provider in the fields of energy, environment, industry, and healthcare.
