Christian Gstöttner is the founder and managing director of OBSCURA Advertising Agency and TFCITD, its in-house film production company.
After completing his studies in Communication Sciences, he founded his first film production company with a partner. The reason: no more unpaid internships. And so, in 2016, OBSCURA was born and evolved into an advertising agency and film production company, followed by the spin-off of TFCITD in 2020.
As an innovator, Christian tries to challenge industry norms, do things differently, and not take the status quo for granted. Things like work-life balance and New Work drive him to continue to grow, along with continuously searching for the most exciting ideas for the best marketing channels.
OBSCURA works with clients such as Ottakringer, Volksbank, simpliTV, and Mercedes as an "agency of the heart" that values respectful interaction, diversity, equality, and New Work.
