Caio Del Manto is a brand strategist and advertising executive with over 20 years of experience in different areas, both on the agency and client sides. He has worked for agencies such as Leo Burnett, Ogilvy, McCann, JWT, and Media.Monks, where he led the entire operation in Brazil and also global operations. In addition, he has worked for agencies abroad, at Fallon in London and Lola MullenLowe in Madrid, leading global accounts with projects in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. On the client side, he was Head of Strategy at Mondelez in Latin America. In October 2022, he and his partners opened Euphoria Creative, a creative agency focused on killing brand apathy. He now is the Co-Founder and CEO of the operations. Euphoria Creative has a proprietary methodology that ranges from mapping apathy using data in innovative ways to creating ideas capable of changing behavior. Today, he leads a team of over 60 people in Brazil and Mexico and works for major brands such as Amazon Music, Twitch, Netflix, Dove, Hellmann's, Kibon, and J&J among others.
