Nav has been an Executive Producer for over twenty years and has won two Broadcast awards and two BAFTAs.
Co-founder and Creative Director of Chatterbox - an awarding female-led independent production company, who produced the hit series "Meet The Khans" and "Charlotte in Sunderland" for BBC3, "Extraordinary Portraits" with Bill Bailey for BBC1 and "Sally Lindsay's Posh Sleepover" for C5. Currently, in production with "Classic Car Kings" for UKTV and "Stalked," a documentary series, with Zara McDermott for BBC3.
A former Channel 4 Factual Entertainment Commissioning Editor with a slate that included: "Child Genius," award-winning "Brat Camp," "The Unteachables," and critically acclaimed "Bollywood Star." Prior to this, Nav held senior creative positions including Director of Development at Nutopia and Executive Producer at Endemol. She has sat on judging panels across the industry and mentors women from diverse backgrounds within the industry.
