Hagall Muniz is a Brazilian Creative Director with over fifteen years of experience in the advertising industry, having produced award-winning campaigns across five regions. Over the course of his career, he has been recognized with more than 450 international awards, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Effie, Lynx, and El Ojo, among others.
Currently, Hagall serves as the Global Emerging Markets Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi MEA, where he oversees creative work across more than 50 markets, including Brazil, India, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Thailand, and Australia. He leads the team responsible for all creative output for NIVEA in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the Pacific.
Under his creative leadership, the NIVEA brand has achieved exceptional growth, with double-digit increases year after year— 31% in 2023 and 47.9% in the following year. From strategy to execution, Hagall and his team deliver locally relevant insights with globally consistent creative that drives outstanding long-term performance for NIVEA, Publicis, and other leading brands such as Heinz, Saudia, McDonald’s, Oreo, and Durex.
Throughout his career, Hagall has also collaborated with an extensive range of global clients, including HSBC, Coca-Cola, FAB, Clorox, Hellmann’s, Mondelēz, Jeep, 3M, Navent, Miller Beer, Oi Mobile, Petrobras, Posterscope, Supercell, and Tencent (腾讯), among others.
