Dominican-born, New York raised; throughout his 20+ year track record of double-digit agency/client growth, Anibal's leadership has shaped the strategic vision behind some of the most influential brands in the world.

Serving in a range of leadership positions at shops such as Wieden + Kennedy, Droga5, and 72andSunny, he has led award-winning work for influential brands like P&G, Old Spice, Google, Johnie Walker, Spotify, ESPN, Heineken, Ketel One and many more, his journey has allowed him to cultivate a diverse perspective on the craft having worked in roles across multiple markets, categories, and disciplines (from Media and Comms Planning to Research and Creative Strategy).

This background has given him the opportunity to spearhead innovative go-to-market approaches by integrating business and cultural strategy with user experience and design thinking at the service of crafting creatively effective work. Such being recognized by top-tier awards like Cannes Effectiveness, EFFIES, Jay Chiat, WARC, and Hispanic Excellence Awards.

He joined Ogilvy in 2021 as North America's Chief Strategy Officer, to lead the vision behind the agency’s multidisciplinary practice navigating the intersection between Advertising, Experience, PR, Social, and Consulting. He is also Ogilvy’s NA Strategy lead for WPPs OpenX working across the network on iconic brands such as Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Powerade, and more.

As a natural-born storyteller who’s spent half his life curious about what moves humans, he’s committed to elevating the industry through the belief that an environment born from kindness that fuels craftiness and growth, breeds work that works, and people love.
